As a 15-year classroom veteran and lifelong advocate for education, Doc’s definition of an educator encompasses not only someone who encourages and facilitates the learning process; but someone who also inspires others to tap into their inner resources.  An educator must ignite the flames for discovery, knowledge, and critical thinking.

Each and every ONE of us is capable of achieving sooooo much more than we ever believe.  Doc helps average individuals, at-risk students, gifted learners, groups, and organizations understand and believe this, as well as HOW TO DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS!

As an educator, administrator, lecturer, and coach, Dr. Brown strives to continually raise the bar for his students and audience participants with the goal of ALL having the "Ah ha" experience of clarity and understanding. Dr. Brown is a Master Teacher, having received international recognition, awards, honors, and distinction in the areas of educational excellence and real-world leadership. He consistently delivers high-quality instruction identifiable by objective audience observers, and makes a significant impact on participant learning gains. His original humor, research knowledge of Best Practices, and customized presentations allows Doc to provide motivational solutions that his audiences can actually implement immediately.

Doc is considered an ambassador for Leadership & Teaching Excellence as he travels the world helping others feel good about what they do.  He basically believes that the educator must make sure the learner is engaged and listened to.

He passionately attempts to accomplish this goal with three objectives upon entering each presentation:

1. To get the attention of every participant

2. Ensure that each participant has changed emotionally, intellectually, and psychologically upon leaving each presentation
